Frisbee fetch & tug.

Free play with a friendly compatible dog.

Flirt pole (which is basically a toy on a stick).

Lots of people will suggest dog sports like agility and fly ball, but I'm not sure if those are available in your country.

Since your dog is small, leashed exercise with you at a brisk pace should be pretty good too.

Thanks. I'm trying jogging and fast walking with him. However, he is refreshed in an hour top.

Fetch is a favourite of his. I should increase that, dramatically.

Look up canine parkour, teaching dogs to jump, climb common objects, there's even online classes.
I wouldn't worry about her being "refreshed" after one hour--for that she can learn to settle indoors, if not to sleep, then chews & toys. Stuffed kongs, enrichment toys (often hollow ball shaped to hold treats & dispense as the dog pushes it around)

If your dog likes to chase, I would try playing with the hose or a flirt pole. These both require fast changes in directions, jumping, and focus. All of those will help to tire out your dog. Try playing with one of those for about 10-15 minutes at first to see how tired your dog gets. With my dog about 10 minutes at a time is plenty and he plops down as soon as I turn off the hose.

For my high energy pup (11 month old german shepard/boxer), having a set daily routine that includes both physical, social, and mental activities is what helps settle him. With out the schedule he could go all day everyday until he collaspes, but he has adapted to there being times where he must settle and that I won't be entertaining him. I also think dojng each type of activity increases exhaustion. For physical, flirt pole or fetch into water and back seem to work best. For social, a well matched puppy friend coming over or a human friend coming over and playing tug seems to work. For mental, Mouse would tell you nose work is best as he adores it, but I think going to a new park or store to smell new smells actual tires him more.
