I have a dog that is 15 years old and he has cataracts from the diabetes he has. He is totally blind now. They sell
that are supposedly suppose to help. However, i am willing to try it and as long as they don't hurt him in any way. The hard part is giving him the eyedrops....any suggestions on the best way to do it. (He usually moves at the last minute.)

Oh eye drops...
I've I've probably given more than more people have to in their lifetimes thanks to my dogs... sigh...

If medium or large I either have then sit beside me on a couch (dog between couch arm and myself) or I sit in a chair and have dog sit between my legs facing away from me. If small I normally just hold in my lap.
I wrap my left arm over their backs, place my forearm against their neck/chest, and use my hand to hold the face, normally using my thumb to hold the eye open. With my right hand I bring the bottle in (from behind the dog not in towards but if blind won't matter) and give the drop.
