Well Bella went to the vet today I didn't mention this as when they took her temp it was normal but ever since I got her, her stomach has been really hot to the touch pretty much her chest down to her stomach. She acts perfectly normal a little diarrhea right now because of her shots and stuff today but other then that she acts fine. She does not have worms so its not caused by that.. Is this normal. Sometimes its alot cooler but other times its so hot im suprised her temp is normal.

How hot is hot? It could be hot due to a local infection but that be hard for the vet to miss. If she had a fever, well her temperature would be elevated. Most likely though it's a perception difference on your part or a temperature difference due to outside temp.

If you go out side on a cold day with out gloves and spent some time throwing snowballs with barehands and then pointed an infrared thermometer at your hand it'd show them being pretty cold even though a thermometer under your tongue would read aprox 98 degrees. Just as if you came out of a 110 degree sauna your skin temp would be above your core temp. If a dog is curled up (in response to cold for example) its stomach will be relatively well insulated and could come a lot closer to its core temp (about 101 or 102 degrees) than if it were stretched out on a warm day exposing its uninsulated stomach to ambient air temps.
