Anyone guess what dog breed she is?

If the info you were given is correct, then of course she is 'mostly' German Shepherd. If one parent is half shepherd and the other parent is 100% shepherd, mathematically it seems to mean that the offspring is 75% shepherd.
However, a closer look at dominant/recessive traits can mean that the 25% Husky can still be expressed in some ways. She is a beautiful dog.

looks like a Schäfi mix. I don't seen any other breedsm however the looks don'T have much to do with how the dog behaves...he can look like Schäfi and still act like a husky (i.e. loads of prey drive, independent, less will to work with the owner just for the work's sake, little escape artist, needs loads of physiacal exercise...)
in the end it depends in the individual.
mixed breeds are little kinder surprise eggs.
