Hey all, yesterday I found a second study in as many months that linked antioxidant supplementation to improved health/behavior in dogs. Both worth a read.

Improved vision

Improved behavior

I found a few supplements that have the behavior antioxidants in them, but my search has come up empty so far for one with all the stuff the vision one used. If anyone finds one that has them all, let me know!

I feel like, if you provide your dog with high-quality food, supplements aren't necessary. It's like for humans; if you eat a balanced and healthy diet (lots of fruits and veggies), there is no need for you to take extra vitamins. If you do take extra vitamins (and your body has already plenty), you just pee them out. Which is a waste of your money?
(But this is, of course, my personal opinion)
If you dog has health problems, it's a different case.
My Labrador, Amy has HD, so I do give her some glucosamine supplements.

Thank you for sharing xx
I love your blog A LOT <3
