Oh poor Askur He was snuggling on my bed and then he threw up on my duvet. I made a sound of surprise but I think he definately interpreted it as a scolding/punishment. When I stood up to take the cover off and put it in the washer he jumped off looking really forlorn and laid down on the sofa. :(

He looks ashamed, like the videos of dogs where the owners claim that they know that they have done something wrong

Poor thing thinks im angry

I hope he´s not getting sick or anything, we´ll keep a close eye on him today.

Oh, poor Askur. How's he doing now?

He reaction may not have been to your exclamation; it may be that he's simply not feeling well. My dogs act the same way sometimes when they vomit and I don't say anything to them at all.

I think cookie may be right, he may just be feeling lousy. When Samantha doesn't feel well, she will often want to just be alone in a dark quiet place.

I had that happen with Shadow once. He had thrown up on the floor while I was at work and when I walked in and saw it I said, "Oh Shadow! What happened?". The poor boy immediately looked so upset. :(I was so sad.

I hope Askur feeling better.
