A Short Outing.
Today I took Ruby to my father's friend's house who has a fenced in yard. We used to have a small fenced in area when I had a Rottie, but we took it down shortly after we purchased Ruby. We had planned on getting an electric fence. (the batteries never worked after we bought it).
Anyways, back to the story. This guy has 3 Bostons, so my dog went crazy sniffing around. (His dogs weren't outside). I actually think she was overwhelmed because she's usually on a leash when outside. The only time she leaves the house is for a walk on a leash. She must've been tired though, because she wanted to leave a half hour later, and she didn't run all that much. I guess she's just too pampered.
I just thought I'd share that with you guys.

So, I took Ruby out to the fence again today. This time I ran around inside the fence and so she decided she wanted to run. Now she's exhausted laying down by my feet. She still seems to have no interest in chasing toys though. The only downside is I was wearing flip flops and stepped in dog poo. ):
