Hello! Me & my husband receny drove 10 hour for our puppy (Hes a great dane & 8 weeks) well everything was going as planned, sadly an hour into the ride he started habing seizures. I called ER vets (it was a Sunday) & no one would help us. Monday i got him into the vet & on meds and dewormed( Vet didn't want to do puppy shots because he was having mild seizures). So we got home & i bottle fed him every day for 4 days. Then he started eating on his own(Woohoo!) But lately its like he holds his poop? Or he's scared of me? He'll lay down to sleep and be right back up in 2 minutes frantically runninf around. If i hold him; he tries to fall asleep but then starts getting crazy (barkinf, growling) so ill put him down and he books it like ive done something wrong to him. Has anyone experinced this before ?
He seems to run around forever to poop it feels like too.

You might want to video it for your vet. In an adult dog there are things you can try for constipation but I wouldn't like to suggest anything for a pup, with other health concerns too.

Have you contacted the breeder?

This should be the place to start , see if any of the pther pups or adult dogs are showing any signs . This might be a temproary thing but it could be serious and costly.
Agree you should video any future episodes so that the vet can see whats going on , they can sometimes see clues we miss.

I have! The breeder gave us our money back & said none of the other pups are having problems, offered to take him back but I already love him & I want him with me instead of someine who's not going to help him.
Its almost as if he gets lost? He just seems to panic randomly throughout the day.
Even if i put him in his kennel at night he just goes in circles.

I would suggest taking him to a neurologist, as from your description it would seem he has something neurological going on. I could speculate, but real and useful information could only come from a specialist doing a complete workup.

Yeah, unfortunately getting anything done, these days, seems to be a triple hassle. About all you can do is to get him to the Vet when you can.

Sorry your pup is having problems.
Do you think the pup may be blind from the seizures? He may have some brain damage?
I think at least a consult with a neurologist would be good.
Good luck!
