My puppy was spayed on 11/21 and this is what her incision currently looks like (4 days later). The dried blood has been there since we picked her up and the top of the incision doesn’t worry me. However, does the bottom part look okay too? She hasn’t been messing with it at all and it isn’t oozing.

I'm not an expert, but I do work at a shelter where multiple dogs are fixed a week. Most dogs tend to have a little swelling or reddening around their incision. Watch for bleeding, oozing, any further swelling or reddening, hot to the touch, or excessive licking. Other than that, she should be fine and it looks to be healing well. : )
