Hello, in June 2016 my family adopted a male mixed breed (kind of looks like a Corgy but also like a Shiba Inu and German Shepherd, acts like a Collie and German Shepherd but also like a Dobermann, I think. His parents were mixed as well) who is extremely protective and dominant, the day we brought him home he was like a regular puppy, jumping around and exploring and running.
In August 2016 we adotped a female Parson Russell Terrier/PinscherMix who has a habit of literally screaming when meeting a new dog. She and our original dog hit it off extremely well but both of them are kind of unsocialised (as in, they don‘t get along with others dogs really well) The male tries to protect the female who‘s usually really really scared of any new dog they meet.

Now, today we adopted a 5month old Cocker Spaniel. He originaly convinced us due to his calm nature but now I‘ve come to worry about that. I know we‘ve only had him for around a day now but he seems extremely lethargic and kind of unresponsive. He does, however patter after our female dog (who is kind of curious and tries to sniff him but as soon as he moves she runs away with her tail inbetween her legs) and one of our cats. The puppy also moves and sniffs around outside of the house but the place where we got him from wasn‘t really good so he barely has any muscle mass. When inside the house he barely moves and you also can‘t motivate him to move. At all. Neither inside nor outside the house. I can try to guide him by gently pushing him from behind, by tugging at his collar or by supporting his middle and slowly trying to move him forward, it just doesn‘t work. I‘m really worried whether that‘s just his personality/character or if he‘s seriously ill.
Another thing I worry immensly about is our already present, super dominant male dog. Inside the house, whenever the puppy just stands around, his tail wagging the older male growls. The older male also barely even looks at or acknowledges the puppy (aside for growling at him)
My mom is starting to worry as well about the reactions of our original dogs and about the puppy‘s personality since he doesn‘t seem interested in people at all. His tail does wag at times when someone enters the room or talk to him but that stops rather fast and he doesn‘t seem to be keen to explore anything at all. He doesn‘t walk at all inside the house. You can carry him around, literally put him somewhere and instead of walking anywhere himself he‘d rather sit or eventually lay down.

I don‘t even know what I‘m asking here, I desperately need advise so I really hope someone who actually read all of this can help me.

Thank you

You need to get that puppy to a vet or emergency clinic as soon as possible. And I'd keep him as separate as possible from your other animals as much as possible. Separate food and water dishes if he'll eat and drink. Notice if he has diarrhea or vimits and is eating and drinking. No puppy that young should be that lethargic especially in a new home. Did he come with a vaccinations record? Any health guarantee or health)vet record? Deworming schedule?
Does he have a fever? Was he that lethargic in his old home?

Puppies are curious. They explore and play a lot and get into everything and then they sleep a lot. You don't just carry them and put them down and they stay and won't walk. He needs a vet asap. Go tonight if there's an emergency place.

Thank you so much for your reply! I will try to get him to a vet as soons as possible (it‘s currently 5am here and I just woke up because it sounded like he was vomiting but nothing happened)
He does have a vaccinations record and deworming schedule. I don‘t think he has a fever but I‘m not too sure and he did move around at his old home but not too much as well.
Also he did eat his full portion and drank while eating but not anymore afterwards
