    Hi all, I was at my Vet today for my sharpei, who has cancer. She gave me mirtazapine for his appetite, but the instructions on the bag is strange, it just says "give as needed". To me it seems like a mistake, shouldn't it be given once a day and it will take a few days before the effect is seen?
