I know, I know, really random question and comment but I do have a reason for it.
If you clicker train him, I'd suggest for the fearful peeing, since he's reacting that way when you go toward him and not calming down once some time passes, to click the clicker and give him a treat. The clicker works by getting the dog to anticipate something good (a yummy treat, favorite toy, etc) happening to it. It lightens it's mood, sort of like kids on Christmas morning... ohhhh, I wonder what's in these packages, I just know it's going to be something good!!! Ohhh I heard the clicker, I bet I'm gonna get a yummy treat!!!!
