Is my puppy an ok weight?

Red face Is my puppy an ok weight?

I have a puppy which I believe is a pit bulk mixed with something.. I'm honestly not sure what. But she's 3 1/2 months old and weighs 8.5 pounds . She is a runt . But is her weight even semi normal? I don't are how big she gets ill love her the same regardless ... I'm just curious .

A vet would be able to tell best. He can take the pup's height, weight, age, etc. and index that on a growth chart.

There's a gallon of water water behind her (I'm not sure if it will help determine size). I took her to get her first sets of shots my last time going(when I was supposed to ask) only the person who gave shots was in try said they weren't allowed to examine any dogs( I'm currently out if the states)

She looks healthy but I know for a fact her brother is huge I saw him 2 days ago he was already almost 17 pounds.

Looks good to me. I wouldn't worry about her sibling size. Litters can range esp if parents were quite different in size.

Btw I believe there is a body condition chart in the healthy weight sticky.

She looks like a healthy weight to me as well. She's a cutie...reminds me of a bull terrier

I'm hoping she's mixed with some kind of "bull" or "pit" but she's still the best.

She looks a little small to me,but you can't see her ribs and she doesn't look boney.She looks healthy and cute.if she's healthy and acting healthy,I wouldn't worry.
