Forget about things like lifestyle and fit or practicality or money. Even ethics (some breeds really are sort of an abomination and host a slew of health problems).

I love my pointer puppy and think he's gorgeous, but if I were going by looks only, it would be a blue Neapolitan Mastiff.

Curious about what others have on their beautiful puppy list.

I'd choose a Cairn Terrier. I love the shaggy terrier look and their bright inquisitive eyes. Cairns are just adorable. Gallery - Cairn Terrier Club of America

St bernard puppies are the cutest, but soo many health problems and BIG dogs.

Love Afghan Hounds too but I dont want to have a sight hound without a fenced yard to run in.

Rottweilers and Dobermans, lovely but some health issues and dont fit my lifestyle.

Boston Terriers.

Tibetan Mastiffs are gorgeous too.

I always have a soft spot for border collies as well but again dont fit my lifestyle.

To put those choices in perspective im currently saving for a toy poodle, a breed that fits my current experience and lifestyle...

Bernese Mountain Dog puppies are soooo cute. I don't think my lifestyle is wrong for them, but I'm not sure I could handle the health issues or shorter lifespan.

Also rough Collies. But they're just awesome all around

carne corso:

or Rottweiler:

with the boxer it's more the character and the overall breed than just the looks.

Irish Wolfhound! I love them so much, but could never bear to have one. That short of a lifespan would break my heart.
