How much exercise for a 4 month old puppy

Our new phalene puppy arrives next week and she will be 15 weeks old. We want to get her out and about to socialise but I don't want to overdo it. I was planning on 1, 25 minute walk a day, trying to get her to meet people and see the world, a couple of play sessions each day and 1 puppy class a week as well as basic training at home to use her brain. Does that sound ok?

Congratulations to you new puppy!
I'd split up the walk into two/three shorter walks a day.
Besides that, I think "overdoing it" really depends a lot upon his personality and the environment. My Charlie is just 12 weeks and we probably spend more than three hours a day in the public on an average, not going on "formal" walks all that time but in outdoor restaurants, going to the post-office, coffee-shop, on the beach etc. He is as comfortable in the street as he is at home by now, strangers (dogs or humans) don't really bother him. He loves other dogs(except the really big ones which can still be a little bit scary) but he is a bit shy with humans but then again, people really don't interest him that much.
I don't know where you live, the local vaccination/disease situation - check with your vet first to make sure that it's safe for your puppy. Beside that, go with the flow. If your dog likes being outside, no reason to restrict it to just 25 minutes a day, just remember that a "walk" with a puppy is not about going a certain distance, it's more about the puppy just being in the outside world experiencing it. If it seems too much for him, don't push him, let him take his time.

It really does depend on the puppy. My Cobber (an Aussie Terrier) is now 17 weeks old. We get up in the morning and take a short walk. Then he plays ALL DAY (from 7:30am to 6pm) at a doggy daycare (they do take naps and have quiet time from noon-2), so he should be totally exhausted when he gets home. But no! In the evening, we usually go for a 20-25-minute walk, play with the flirt pole in the back yard until he flops down in exhaustion, and THEN before he finally falls asleep, he gets the zoomies and runs like a little lightning bolt all around the house about 10 times.

I think once you get your puppy, you'll figure out pretty quickly whether he needs more exercise than what you have planned or not. But what you're thinking is an excellent starting point until you get him home

Our puupy tends to be the little flash when she gets hyper..runs around the couch, runs around the kitchen then decides to play with her toys. I am not sure on how much exercise she needs still, she is also 4 months old. We take her to a walk around the complex everytime she poops or pees, except on hot weather like today. Going around the complex takes 15-20 minutes depending on how she cooperates, she poops/pees almost every 4-5 hours a day. in the night, she gets a potty break around 2 am, no walk just business. Then she gets a little play time around the house,i let her explore the rooms, work on her sit, down and stay and going in her crate. when i need to do something or i need to take a nap, i crate her. she has not seen by her vet yet so i do not take her outside as much i.e the dog park. when we get a chance to visit friends who loves dogs we bring her along for socialization.

i've read somewhere that the time for exercise will be 5 minutes per age in months. is that true? is my puppy getting enough?
