Another puppy worry

All of a sudden Lukes eyes have a pale green gunk coming out of them. Any advice/ideas of what it could be? Bathing them in warm water until I can see the vet tomorrow

Could be any number of things.

Conjunctivitis, allergies, dry eye, entropion... cat's eyes will get green discharge if they have upper respiratory infection but I'm not sure if it's the same with dogs.

Keep them as clean as you can, and wash your hands well after cleaning his eyes in case it's something that's contagious.

Glad you are taking your pup to the vet. Better to be on the safe side, let us know how you make out.

Discharge from the eyes of a young, recently acquired rescue pup is cause for concern. Could very well be the first signs of an illness. Definitely get the puppy to the vet first moment possible. If he acts at all ill, take him even sooner.

Been this afternoon, his nose started running too and I was crying all day convinced it is distemper :'(

She doesn't seem concerned and has given eye rops for conjunctivitis and antibiotics for a cold/infection cos of his nose.

He had no temperature. He has been quiet today, but he had a huge day yesterday doing things.

Still worried tho
