I rescued a 125 lb female when she was 7 we loved her until we lost her at 11.
They are the best dogs ever. Big cuddly bears.

I walk often with an elderly gentleman & his Rottie, Remus, who can drool for England Remus is the most gentle dog you could ever wish to meet, but sooo slow, he is the coolest dog ever

My grandmother had a hefty Rottie many years ago named Maxine, and she was also the sweetest thing. She definitely looked scary and had a mean growl for suspect people, but she always just lied around, lounging in the grass under some shade haha. I miss her!

125lbs, wow! It's a good thing Lexi is pretty well done growing because I couldn't handle that on my lap, lol. Yes Rottie's can be such lazy bums but we are lucky that Lexi is all muscle right now. No drool thankfully, but she will leave a trail of water from her dish to every other part of the house. And boy can she run fast and furious if she loses sight of us at the dog park

Yes! I have two Lapweiler boys that love nothing more than to stick their head between my legs when I'm standing and squeeze their "little" bodies in to get a good bummscratch! Like Megan Trainor said - It's all about the bass, after all!

Welcome to the forums!

Yes! It's like they have no idea that they aren't tiny puppies anymore
