Thanks everyone

I was between two breeders around me, I really couldn't find all that many that currently had puppies and when his breeder sent pictures of the puppies I almost died!

I told them he's the one but I had to talk it over with the family first, I'm super against bringing an animal home without everyone on board. I told them I'd get back to them the following weekend (it was tues or weds when I talked them). Well Thursday night I got the go ahead from everyone then I waited until the following morning to text the breeder to tell them I wanted to put a deposit on him and then I wanted to actually pick him up after my bridal shower which is this weekend so I could get all the stuff he needed and such first. Well she said she had another person interested in him. So I did was any reasonable person would do, I cleaned out my bank account and drove 2 hours and picked him up.

Haha! I did the same with Niko. I wanted to wait until Saturday to pick him up but the breeder said he couldn't hold him for me since he has had many people ask for a puppy to be held and then never showed up for it. I said I would call him back in a moment, used map quest and my mom for directions, and 5 minutes later I was on the way there to go get him a couple hours away.

They didn't have a problem holding him as long as someone else didn't actively want him. Since someone else was interested they couldn't hold him for me. I think they ended up getting his brother which was the last puppy of the litter they had left
