Introducing.. The new pup!

And myself I suppose.
My name is Stephanie, I grew up surrounded by dogs but once my parents separated, I moved around a lot with my mother so I never really had a stable home to have many animals. When I decided to move in with my Dad, I begged for a dog - for about 5 years actually.
The reason my Dad finally said yes is quite terrible but recently we have had people attempt to and sometimes succeed to break into our house. In fact just yesterday I came home to our window smashed in and our home completely trashed. Our neighbours dogs have been a godsend because if anyone comes down their or our drive, the owners are sure to know about it!

I've always had a stronger connection with border collies and their various mixes so of course, I ended up adopted a gorgeous little border collie heading dog cross puppy. She has grown up around other dogs, cats, cows, chickens and kids which is exactly what I needed as I live on 11 acres next to a chicken farm.

Despite how much I would have loved a pitty or some other terrier type, their prey drive is just to high for me to risk my other animals (I have guinea pigs, rabbits, mice/rats etc as well).

So here she is! No name as of yet as I just got home with her a couple of hours ago..

Oh, that face is PRECIOUS <3 What a little cutie!

If she's a BC mix though, watch out. You might have some pretty darn high energy on your hands.
