Hi From TX!

I live in southwest TX with my small menagerie of animals. I have two dogs, two cats, six goats, five chickens and a miniature horse. I don't think I've lived a single year of my life without some kind of pet, even when my mom was pregnant with me she had two GSDs.

That little baby kitty does not look good. Is it sick with upper respiratory infection?

That picture was taken before we "adopted" him. He was part of a feral litter (neighbor with a head injury and drug problem lets his unaltered cats run wild, no TNR groups in the area) and lets just say this kitten was to "special" to survive long. He has no concept of danger (dogs/cars/people terrified his siblings, he would just sit there and look at you). We think he got sick after being drenched in a rainstorm, not enough sense to seek shelter like his siblings.

Today is he gets the last dose of a 10 day antibiotic course for the upper resp. Besides that he is a healthy weight, parasite free and will be a inside cat for the rest of his life.

I used that pic because he is such a little ball of energy I can't get a good pic of him.
