Anyway, welcome, and I'd love to see pictures of your dog as he grows. Have you picked out a name yet?
I've done a lot of research, and I have to admit I was nervous at first, but now I have more confidence in my ability to train a deaf dog.

I'll definitely share plenty of pictures! He will be here on Friday, so I'll post a few new ones then.

Welcome! Your pup is a cutie, and I wish you luck with him. If you've been doing research on training deaf dogs, you have probably come across this site, but in case you have, it is a decent resource: Deaf Dog Education Action Fund

There are also a couple of recent threads on training deaf dogs on this forum that you might check out.

Aww gorgeous little pup. There is an aussie rescue near me that just got in a four month old double merle pup that is deaf and blind and they always have pictures of him playing up a storm with all the other rescue dogs. My uncle has a deaf dog that he does hand signals and a vibrating collar. She is such a sweet heart and responds so well to everything. You wouldn't be able to tell she was if you met her. I love Aussies so that's a bonus!

Welcome to the forum!
