Hello from a noob!

Hello all!

Just wanted to say hi to everyone and that I look forward to interacting with you all. I've only browsed the site so far, but have been very excited about the liveliness of the group and the information being passed along.

A quick intro: My wife and I have two rescue dogs. Our first is Hope, a 5-8 year old cocker spaniel mix (we joke it's with a black bear due to her bigger build, but perhaps a cavalier king charles or something similar?) that we've had for two years tomorrow. After a year and a half with just Hope, we adopted Buddy last December. Buddy is a 2-3 year old cocker spaniel (not sure if he is purebred or not, but he sure looks much more like a cocker than his big sister!).

The two of them have turned my wife and I into crazy dog people that don't do much without thinking of them first. I have a few pics of them up under the dogs tab by my user name if you are interested. Anyway, just wanted to say hello and I look forward to chatting with you all!

Hi and welcome! Your dogs are soo winsome! You'll love this forum. I have two catahoulas, actually I am their "grandma" and my daughter and son in law live with me until they buy a home (hopefully another year!). Anyway, the choice was to kennel the dogs and go to my nieces wedding for 5 days out of state...hmmm...we adopted one of the dogs 5 months ago and she was pretty ill...hmm...I am staying home with the dogs!!! Easy choice! Dog crazy yep.
