Unhappy Wont go in our yard anymore

As of 4 days ago my dog suddenly wont go outside anymore. The past 4 days she has been sneaking into guest bedrooms and using those rooms to do her business. She is a very clean and never has an accident. She would even wake me up in the middle of the night to go. Now she is so fearful to go... I thought perhaps if I could get her to go atleast in the yard she would see it would be ok. However, by the time I got her to the stairs she ran back onto the deck and hide under a chair. So I have been trying to walk with her but even tonight it took 15-20 mins for her to even pee on a walk. She usually has a bowel movement 1-2x a day and nothing today... so expecting that on the floor when I wake up.

We go for 1-2 hr walks in the woodies park almost everyday, along with swimming there. She has no issue when she is there, will pee and poop when there. She also will pee on walks. I'm really worried she only wants to go in the woods now...

I have tried treats, coaxing her, using a leash to simply guide (not force)
, even leaving the other dog inside so she is on her own. Only thing I can think of is she may of got stung? She will go outside in the yard, just wont touch the ground. Has to be on the deck or in the three season porch, where she can see us. Only other thing I can think of is she has raw feet she has been licking for months due to her allergies, perhaps they burn when they are outside? However, like I said she will go swimming, go pee and poop at the park and pee on walks. Im at wits ends... any idea? Nothing seems wrong health wise either. Eating, exercising and pooping (when she does go) wonderful and healthy!

Their could be pesticides in your garden & not the other place, or a frightening animal. Maybe wandering dew weed. Here in nz there are possums & hegehogs out at night. (not sure where you are) My dog ripped half her due claw off on the spikes, I had to take her to the vet. Also the spikes can cause itching if they spike dogs feet. My dog had that aswell for a bit. If her feet are sore from allergies then yes she could have figured out that standing on that area is whats making them sore, so would be smart not to go on it. You could put socks on her or bandage her feet, (or both) temporarily. Our pet shop sells boots & try to get rid of the cause aswell.
