What do you think about my puppy's behavior?

I have a 7 month old puppy. She is a mix between Husky, German Sheppard, American Bull and Lab. She is the sweetest puppy ever, she has never shown any type of aggression before. She is a shy puppy and will let strangers pet her without a care in the world. Well, today I took her to the vet and as we waited to get the paperwork from the visit, I was sitting down with her and she sat on my feet. She watched a few dogs and cats go in and out of the vet; not her first vet visit. Then this family came in with two bigger labs. One came up and sniffed my puppy, she quickly turned around and started growling. She immediately jumped on the bench I was on and got real close to me and started barking super loud and continued to growl, while the other dogs just say there. She didnt snap at the other dogs or try to bite though. When I got up to leave, she was still barking and growling and her front let was shaking, she jumped down and darted for the door. I have another dog who is a 90 pound lab that she is glued to his hip, so I don't think it was the size of the two stranger dogs. Also, the people who were holding the 2 dogs were young boys about 12yro. But my puppy has been exposed to many younger kids, both genders. Any idea why she would cause that scene? My first time seeing her do ANYTHING like*that.

Likely has to do with already being stressed from being at the vet.

How does she normally act at the vet? Is she happy to be there, or fearful? If she's fearful and already on edge, when two strange dogs come up to her, she's going to be even more afraid and express that fear. If y'all were at the park, she was happy and relaxed, and those same two dogs came up to her her reaction would most likely be different and she'd be O.K. greeting them.

I agree. She was in a stressed state anyway and then something in the body language of the two labs scared her. The barking was her shouting GO AWAY GO AWAY.

I think if it happens again, the best thing is to take her out of the situation and walk her away from the other dogs.

She is normally fine and was fine at the vet. She didnt seem too stressed. Usually sits there and people watches with me petting her. One of the vet techs said it could be he trying to protect me. I got up when she was on the bench with me growling and barking and I sat on the other side of her (in between her and the other dogs), that seemed to help a tad bit.

It was something in the body language of the two labs then. Dog's body language can be quite subtle and there's a lot going on that we don't see.

It may have been her becoming fearful of being rushed up upon by dogs she doesn’t know. I don’t think it’s aggression though.
