Training Inseparable Sibling Puppies
I am training two 12 week old male Havanese siblings that are virtually inseparable. I've told the owners that they need to create some individuality between them, but I although they keep yessing me to death and that they understand, I do not believe anything is being done about it.
I've been working with each pup separately, but when I work with one outside, they know that the other is inside and keeps wanting to go back in, in the mean time, the other is whining inside to get out to his brother.
I've also tried working them at the same time like a mini group, but that didn't work since all they want is to play with each other.
What I'm going to try during the next lesson is to take one off the property, to a park a block away and see if I can get in a better session.
I could use some additional suggestions.
