Teenage dog behaviour and how to get through it!

Hi guys,
Mabel is now 7 months old and she has become quite the teenager. No aggressive behaviours or resource guarding, which I'm happy about, but her behaviours towards me is concerning. Whenever I bring her to my work (a doggy daycare) and we are in play group, she starts to become very excited and will start barking at me and nipping me pretty hard. This behaviour has improved in intensity since I have started working with her on it. Mainly, my training has been focused on impulse control (sit-stays and sitting before I throw a ball for her) and also on redirection to a special tug toy that is only used during training sessions. I have also been stepping out of the play yard at work when she does this, although sometimes that is not possible. She typically displays this behaviour when I am trying to break up two dogs who are fighting, and will start barking and nipping at me. But she also will do this at random times throughout my shift. Shifts for me are typically 5-6 hours in length. I am being as consistent as possible with training techniques, but sometimes I have to grab her and hold her back so that I can deal with a dog fight while at work. I think she believes that I am playing, and that she becomes over stimulated when this behaviour occurs. I have read online that dog agolescence brings on a lot of new chug alleges, and I would love to hear from anyone who is experiencing this type of problem with their dog! Thanks
