Puppy will NOT stop biting me!

We have a 13 week old Bichon that we’ve had for two weeks. She was very shy at first, now she just wants to bite my hands, pants, shirt, sock (I could go on). We hired a trainer who came yesterday and introduced the “ yelp” method, which only worked while the trainer was here. No matter how loudly I yelp, she bites even more. The trainer, after telling her this, said she probably needs more outdoor exercise. Well, I’ve RUN with her four times today and my husband has been out with her. Nothing stops her. I put her in time out with her leash, but after she calms and I unleash her, she continues.

hee hee, pups. little poppits sometimes

couple yelping with putting your dog outside, or removing your self from pup somehow.
Game OVER
every time.

try also to redirect the bite onto a rag.
and start doing this

Oh, forgot to mention I redirect her with many different toys, but she doesn’t want them. After I put her in time out, after she calms, she comes back at me
