My two dogs (father and son) keep fighting

Hello all,
I am having issues with my two dogs fighting with each other. They are father and son Great Pyrenees, the father has been neutered( and had been since before the son was born) and the son is scheduled to be neutered in late June. Lately, they have been engaging in all-out fights for no reason. There have been no other animals around, food, or treats. They will be best buddies together a majority of the day and then all of a sudden the dad will flip a switch and start an issue. It’s not all the time, but here lately it has been happening more and more often. The only warning I get before they fight is the father climbing on the sons back. Neither are aggressive to humans, small children, or my cats, in fact, they let my cats climb on top of them and sleep. I’ve tried separating them, putting them on runners on opposite sides of my yard, behavior sprays( vinegar water), and training collars but they do not seem to be working. I am in desperate need of some advice on what I can try to do to fix the solution.
