Is my Newf mourning?

I have a 4 year old female Newf named Betty. In May her buddy Bufford had to be put to sleep, we also have another dog that we have had for about 1 year. I have noticed many pee spots around our cottage on rugs, blankets, mats, etc. Bufford had neurological bladder issues and leaked. I cleaned the areas well with neutralizers, I sent rugs to dry cleaners and washed blankets in machine. Does anyone have an opinion on why she may be doing this. I know it is her because I have seperated the dogs at night and she had peed. It is also not huge amounts either. I am sending in a urine sample just to be on the safe side. Thank you in advance
