@revolutionrocknroll I'm a part of a great FB group called "Tricks and Training"... good place to get ideas of tricks you want to teach. Other than that, I use Do More With Your Dog or look up specific tricks on Kikopup or Zak George's YouTube channels.

There's also some good online canine fitness courses you can take. I've done some with Aspen and enjoyed them.

I dabble in nosework with Chisum. We went to a training seminar, but he was too afraid to really do anything, so the instructor had me practice some of the basics with her dog. She suggested some online courses - I know Fenzi has one, but the one the instructor gave me was:

I haven't yet started, though. Nor have I read any books. I started out just getting the basics - I struggled a lot with the physical maneuvering (holding a tin in one hand and a treat in the other is surprisingly difficult!). We did that for awhile, then I got him to seek out the tin every time I said "search" (when it was in plain sight), and then we started some really easy hides. I probably rushed it, but we'll never compete anyway so who cares. It's actually really fun to watch him sniff out the tin!
