Going back to work. Boxer with seperation issues

We leave our2 year old boxer in her kennel with a kong ball and a couple treats any time we leave the house. She barks for about an hour or so after we leave. If we leave her longer than 3 hours she poops in her kennel. She still chews on everything so we cant leave her out. I currently dont work and she never needs too go out for about 8 or 9 hours after i take her out in the mornings. I think its her anxiety but what should i do when i start working again so that im not cleaning up her kennel everyday?

If you are leaving her for longer and no one is there to look after. Than, you will require to look after your dog kennel. Or you can try to train your dog and help her to generate the habit to poop in a particular area of your home. Such that, her kennel would remain clean enough.

Have a boxer with separation issues as well.. left him alone the first time and he pooped all over the living room and smeared it everywhere.

you should try leave him in the crate for short periods of time (2 - 15 minutes), gradually getting longer. Give her a treat when you leave / put her in the crate, but dont' give her anything when you come back.
