Crio-just read on your teaching to speak.

This is how I teach it (haven't taught Mikey yet though)

I get a treat, and give the command for speak (I say speak and make a talky sign with my hand) then I just sit there. Eventually (sooner for ruder dogs!) they will get fed up and bark at you for being a jerk! A few more tries and they get it.

I taught my parents dog Mandy (part husky-she's very vocal) and then delineated it into two commands-speak and sing. Speak is barking and singing is her husky 'complaining'/howling.

ahah..thats a good idea...if I get a new dog...mine tho have already been conditioned to wait patiently...up to an hour or more for a piece of food.

Yup...I should take a picture with the crappier camera of what he did to my camera !!

He also has been found running around with my jump drive and ate my cellphone. I've never had a dog who would hard things...or really anything before. Well he doesn't eat them-just 'fixes' them.

I need a maid!!
