Dog suddenly doesn't want to be in yard?

So I used to walk my dog once a week but having read up on dog care I realized that that was obviously not enough so lately not only have I upgraded her to two times a week but I also play with her more. However, strangely she actually seems more antsy than before. When she's inside the house and I tell her to go out she refuses for a long while to listen to my command as if she hates being in the yard. Any advice or possible explanation on why it seemed to have the opposite reaction?

It's really hard to tell with few informations, so I can only guess.

Maybe by going out more she doesn't want to pee/poop in the yard anymore. I've seen a few dogs like this, they don't want to foul their territory (yard included) so they'll ONLY do their thing during their walk. Might be the case with your dog. The yard really isn't interesting as far as exploration goes, so if she is reluctant to pee here now, no wonder she doesn't want to go there anymore ! Completely useless from her point of view.

If that's the explanation, you're left with 2 solutions : take her on a walk at least once a day, as you should, or train her again to go and stay in the yard for a bit...

It may also be something completely unrelated, like something scared her in the yard and now she's afraid... Can't really tell right now.

Can you read her body language when she seems reluctant to go in the yard ?

There's one last thing worth considering... I don't know where you live, but it's getting pretty cold in some places. Maybe she just doesn't like it !

What do the walks look like? Are you doing any kind of training to walk on a loose leash?

Does she have any pre-diagnosed medical issues?

Did it recently get colder in your area?

Does she tend to be an anxious dog?

A little more background on the dog's history and temperament and the walks themselves might help make better guesses.
