Dog eats everything

So, my 1yo dog literally eats and chews everything. Seeked for time a long ago because she was chewing eveything but I found out that she eats what she chews, I mean, she eats whatever it is in front of her. Today we went for a walk and she ate some plants (not poisonous), after she ate some animals poop. Later today she vomited right when I left the room and caught her eating it. Sometimes the room where she stays smells bad but only signs of " cleaned " poop. She vomited again right now. The vomit doens't contain anything special though. No other symptoms. The thing is, how can I train her to not chew or eat everything? When she is around me she always chews in her toys so...

Also, she has really bad breath and I think that's because of her eating habits. She is eating premium kibble the correct quantity everyday.
