Which dog do you approach first?

If you needed to get two dogs out of a yard to secure them, one is barking and lunging at you, and the other appears friendly but nervous. Which dog to you approach and secure first??

Can you elaborate on the situation?
Is the yard secure/fenced?
Who do the dogs belong to? You or someone else?
Do the dogs live on the property?

Assuming the dogs are safe in the yard and the dogs are not yours... I personally wouldn't remove them as I wouldn't want to risk being bitten in this situation. I would probably call animal control for pick up. Or if I knew the owner (and this wasn't a repeat issue), I would contact the owner and have them collect their dogs.

Hi sorry, this isn't a real situation. It's a behavioral test question to see what dog a behaviorist would approach and secure first. Which dog would you approach and secure first, not knowing the owners or the dogs and if you were animal control?

"It's a behavioral test question to see what dog a behaviorist would do"

for this purposes I think you are posting on the wrong website and will not get accurate results. we are not dog behaviourists. We are just caring dog owners supporting each other. all of us will have different opinions not based on behaviourist training and knowledge.
