Crate Training Done Wrong- Help!

Hello! So I just got a dog a week ago and I think we did too much too soon with crating our dog because now she's very reluctant to go in. I have to crate her about 6 hours 3 days a week and then every night while we sleep. She's about 1 year old. We started crating over a 3 day weekend, at first just for 15-30 min at a time and then for the full nights. Later that week when we had to go to work we crated her during the day. She doesn't like it. I've basically been bribing her every time to go in the crate- i toss treat after treat in the crate and eventually she goes in to get them. However she resists the treats for a long time and then when she finally does go in for the treat she'll leave her back two feet out of the crate and then just lean in as far as possible to get them. Sometimes I'll end up just bumping her last leg in and closing the door. Other times she'll forget to leave her feet out of the crate and I'll just close it behind her. She's okay once she's in (almost never cries) but getting her in takes forever. It's only been a week, but is this a common reaction to the crate and if so, how long does it last? Any advice or help on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated! I wish we would have just gone slower.....

feed her extra special meals in her crate. maybe her regular food with something special mixed in. a couple times a day. eventually she will jump at the chance. also try to if you have time just sit her in the crate and just feed her there. play catch or games in the crate and around the crate. have her do exercises where she gets treats in the crate and on top of the crate without closing her in. when you are home randomly throw a treat in there every now and again. that helps Too. we did all these things for only 2 days and on the end he was so excited to go in.
