A while ago someone moved out of my neighborhood and left behind no less than nine cats. They are all males, most of them are friendly. These days they go back and forth to three or four houses that feed them and are just kind of neighborhood cats I guess.
My dog, who doesn't walk all that great on a leash anyway, will not stop charging at them. He runs at them so hard and fast that he's yanked 180 degrees when he hits the end of the leash. Doesn't help that these dang cats either lay still exactly where they are and don't go away or they try to come over to see him. I have an indoor cat that he doesn't chase.
How do I get him to leave the cats alone?
