B4 anyone jumps on me: some breeds
do continue to sleep touching each other as adults, among them, CKCS - but they are very few.
Most dogs as adults prefer to sleep as a group thing, just as they tend to be active & playful at the same time, eat at the same time, etc - but they prefer their own space for sleeping.
