RIP Millie - a tragic accident

I feel awful now. I posted on here about pet sympathy cards and now my mum's dog's died. Its like I conspired with higher powers to make another bad thing happen to a beloved pet.

Mum was walking Mille on her lead down a country road. A tractor came along so mum pulled Millie into the bank. Somehow and for some reason (she never went after vehicles) Millie lurched into the tractor and went under its wheels and those of the trailer too. She died instantly. It was horrific, though. we are all in shock.

Millie was a beautiful girl. A black collie/lab. She was loving and full of character - a girl with attitude! We will miss her forever.

You are all truly lovely. Its been a hard week. Mum's been really shocked by what happened. Somehow it helps knowing that other people - even strangers - understand. Thank you all.
