We make our own. She gets a mix of raw, all bone in, un-ground, turkey necks, backs, wings, organ meats, sometimes beef liver, sometimes chicken backs, or whatever else is on sale and whatever veggie ends we have left over with an oil supplement drizzled overtop (just look up what veggies they can't eat).

She's 70lbs so I don't worry about cutting any of it up. She does that all herself and as an added bonus, it seems to tire her out really well.

Often times dogs that have an issue with meat in kibble are fine with that meat raw, just something to remember if you do decide to try raw. And liver can cause loose stools in quantity. How much varies from dog to dog.

Definitely true about liver with our girl. Given OP's situation, I would probably ease into organ meats a little later.
