Why is my dog randomly losing hair on her head

She is a 3 year old apbt. Several months ago I noticed right at the top of her head, the hair was slightly thin, and the skin was also dry. I took her in to the vet, and they weren't worried. A couple months ago a pea sized lump appeared along with a pea sized bald spot. I brought her in again, and they still weren't worried. For the past couple weeks I have noticed another rice sized balled spot had appeared next to it. There is no irritation, it's just normal skin color. Just now I noticed on her forehead area there is slight shiny lump appearing. Has anyone else experienced this with their pit bull. My mom said she probably just has bad skin, and that's just how she is. I should mention, she has several other balled spots on her body, but none of them seem to be bothering her.

My dog occasionally has bald patches which the vet said are 'nothing'. I rub them with rakia (Bulgarian brandy and well-known cure all) and the hair grows again very quickly.

Another of my dogs used to get pea sized lumps that would disappear after anything from 2 weeks to 2 years. They didn't seem to bother her at all.

As there is no irritation and they don't bother her at all, I would just ignore them
