Why does my dog have red gums with sores on them

I brush her teeth everyday. She doesnt eat anything, but her kibble, and the occasional milk bone. She has very, very little tarter. Shes had this problem before, and it went away within a couple day, but just came back. L she does chew on her toys a lot, and I leave them with her when I'm gone. I was thinking maybe she chews so much that her gums get raw? Shes also outside a lot, so maybe she got a hold of something tough and cut her gums up? Shes a 3 year old apbt. Thanks. Also the redness is mostly around her molars.

Try a different toothpaste for dogs, use less, brush dont scrub, (not hard) & rinse lots with water. (brush with just water) Provide lots of fresh drinking water at all times & give right after brushing too. See if it improves. If not try brushing every 2nd day & give dentastix chews on the imbetween days. Half a stick in 1 day is plenty. Give less often if poop gets too soft. Remove anything that could cause it like chewing plastic- or anything spikey. only feed large raw bones occasionally- supervised not cooked bones as they splinter & can hurt gums etc. If no improvement over a couple weeks get a trusted vet to check them in case there is some type of more serious gum issue. To treat gum inflammation you can look into natural anti- inflammatories for dogs- either from health shop, google search, online stores, some vets now stock it. There are some chewable tumeric dog ones that are quite good-
