What is this thing on my dogs skin?

I was giving my dog a bath and haircut today and saw this on hisneck.
I'm not sure if I should rush him to the vet or not. He's almost 12 years old and has a lot of moles now, so not sure if this is one. If it's some kind of parasite or cancerous spot then yes I need to take him. If any of you have seen this type of spot/mark your advice is much appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Looks like a cysts or healing bite.
I'd try to squeeze a little and see if anything comes out.
I'd take him to the vet just to be sure.

You can also put blu-kote on it if it looks infected or smells
