What are these breakouts on my Beagle??

These breakouts randomly appear on my beagles stomach and around his mouth and ears when he goes outside. He does not have fleas and we give him Trifexis every month. It seems to itch him some but not a whole lot. Almost always it is completely gone by the next morning and then it will repeat over again. I have noticed it seems to happen more in the summer than winter. Does anyone have any ideas what this is?

I personally never click on links I don't know what they are and checked out ibb.co and got hits for virus threats. Please, everyone check first before you click on the poster's links!
It is especially suspicious since it is the first post of a new member.

If you are actually looking for help aaron2143 I would try uploading the pictures directly from your computer. My apologies if I am being paranoid.

Well I tried but the site would only let me post urls. Just trying to find out what's going on with my dog... He doesn't do well at all at the vet so it's a pain to take him in. Figured I'd try posting on here after finding the site today. He has to be put to sleep to simply get his nails clipped and I hate doing that to him. Need help on posting pics I guess

@arron2143

Has your dog had fleas? Is the rash itchy? I am absolutely no vet but if I had to guess it looks like an allergic reaction. It might be related to fleas, which is fairly common.

In any case I think if you want a firm diagnosis you'll have to see a vet.

No fleas, I keep him on flea pills and they usually work pretty good. I guess they could still bite him but just not stay on him? He does like to lay out in the grass and dirt a lot in the yard. It seems to itch him some but he doesn't scratch continuously. It makes his mouth and ears super red as well so I was thinking allergies to a specific grass if that's possible? Sometimes if some of the spots are bad enough that will kind of scab over. I've never been able to figure out what it is. I have sprayed the entire yard with a spray that supposed to kill fleas too

It might be the flea stuff he's allergic to. I'm not saying with certainty that it's an allergy but that would be my first hypothesis. If it is an allergy then it could be a wide variety of things.

I does look like allergy reaction to something. If he's on Trifexie, I doubt it's flea saliva allergy. Your pup may be allergic to something vegetative outside. Many are allergic to grass pollen! My last rat terrier was, and got similar rashes (and itching) in the spring and summer, mostly. Vet said it coulb be anything outdoors really. One thing my vet said can help a lot, since small dogs' bellies rub grass and many spring weed plants, is to take a wet paper towel and wipe down their belly and feet well when they come back inside from outdoors. A hassle yes, but it did help on my dog's belly. I also used an allergy gentle shampoo and bathed her more often in the spring and summer and that seemed to soother her red skin from licking, rashes and bumps a lot. More frequent mowing of grass and weeds to keep the lawn and any weed seeds/pollen cut low (so their bellies don't touch it helps.
