What is this on my dogs paw?

I noticed a large bump on top of my dog's paw the other day. It seems like it is decently hard and not puss filled. I poked it with a needle to see if I could drain it and nothing came out.It looks like the skin is broken and there is a puss like substance, but I think that is from him licking the area. Today I noticed there is a smaller bump right next to the larger one forming. His breed is a Colorado bulldog. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I do not live by a vet. Thank you so much

One of mine had something that looked the same a few years ago. The vet opened it up and it was a watery liquid filled with what looked like sawdust. The vet had no more idea than I did and once it was removed there were no ill effects. It might go away with antii inflamatories, but if there's no improvement with that after 2-3 days you should see a vet.

Please do not start poking at your dog willy nilly if you don't know what your doing. Leave the practice of medicine to the doctors who are trained in what to do if something goes wrong and how to prevent it from going wrong in the first place. There is no way anyone is going to be able to determine what it is from a picture over the Internet, it could be anything from a foreign body to a highly aggressive cancer, or who knows what. It's also illegal for anyone other than a Doctor to make a diagnosis, our speculations would only serve to hinder your dogs care. Please do what you must to get your pet seen as soon as your able, even if it is a bit of a drive. If your out I the country you might want to look into house call vets, or even a livestock vet if there's no other viable alternative.
