Tooth Fell Out Suddenly

I was playing with my 9yr old Yorkie when she tripped and hit her jaw on the floor. She didn't want to play anymore but was still acting normal. About a half hour later, she suddenly spit out her top right canine. There's no blood and the tooth looked whole. She did have quite a few of her teeth pulled a few years ago but still has her canines and her back teeth to chew. I brush her teeth every night. She has a little bad breath but nothing like it was before She got them pulled.

She has a bet appt but not for 3 weeks. Should I be really concerned? I attached some pictures.

I think you should ring your vet & ask them if they think you should bring the apointment forward to a closer time after explaining what happened & I think you will find they will want to check it before 3 weeks. The hole could get infected, my dog had stitches when 4 of her teeth were surgically removed, so there wasnt gaping holes. (4 of her baby teeth didnt fall out & her adult teeth grew in- it was terrible) she had 4 fangs instead of 2, 1 on top of the other one overlapping up high in the gum up the top front & 2 growing out the same hole in opposite directions on the bottom front poking into her gum. She couldnt eat, I hand & spoon fed her to get her to eat.
