Unhappy Stomach Abscesses?

hi everyone,
my dog has been acting strange lately, drinking a lot of water and peeing in the house. her nose has become very dry and scabbing (i'm not sure if she cut her nose or if it's just dry) her eyes constantly have discharge (clear, doesn't look infected and probably is just from allergies. but she also has some abscess-like things on her stomach, they look almost like pimples. she got out of the yard the other day so i think it might be an allergic reaction to maybe something she ate or from a plant she rubbed her belly on. i'm very nervous, should i bring her to a vet? thank you in advance everyone. i will attach an image of her belly.

What do you think is wrong with her? Does it look like a serious problem?

Its all of the symptoms together that make me think it might be something serious.

When in doubt, go to the vet to have it checked out. At the very least she'll get some medication to treat it.

Tessa had something very similar, turned out to be an allergic dermatitis which needed steroids and a chlorhexidine scrub bath on the area weekly.
