Spayed vs unspayed rescue?

So via Craigslist I took in a dog who had been dumped and they were unable to find the owners. I took her in for a well check at the vet and to get her routine shots. I didn't think asking them to look if she had been spayed or not since I assumed she was intact as she had obviously had at least 1 litter before. I wanted her to settle in before scheduling her spay, but now that I'm looking, I wonder if she has a spay scar? Hoping individuals with more experience than I would weigh in. Attached are images of her belly. Thanks and I appreciate your expertise.
