Something wrong...

Sasha, my 5 yr old Poodle/Terrier mix starting panting and making jerking movements back and forth with her head while tilting it far back and snapping at the air. She can't sit still and runs short distances and abruptly stoops.. When I try to pick her up she is dead weight.
Has anyone experienced this??

I have not ever experienced this with any of my dogs. By the way the video does not play.

I can't open the video either. However, none of us are qualified to make a diagnosis or recommend treatment. Please take her to a vet.

Good luck!

I agree with the advice given, to have her checked out by a Vet. It may be nothing serious, or it could be, but you definitely need a Vet to give you that information.
