Something very odd

My dog is 3 years old and a shih tzu mix. She lives with my sister because my apartment doesn't allow pets but I still try to sneak her over as often as I can. But honestly it's still not even enough. But at my sister house she always has at least one person there and she has her pup who is now 2 years old that lives there also. She's has bad allergies ever since she was young so she's on medication which has helped a ton but still isn't 100% effective. She still scratches and licks herself a lot. Her coat is always oily and has a stinky smell to it. Even if we give her a bath by the next day, she'll be right back where she started. The vet says it's from her allergies so we just have to deal. She's always been a sleepy child, never wanted to play outside much. Super laid back . She doesn't like strangers much so always seems aggressive but she's never bit anyone. She just barks and wants to smell them. We always tried to get her used to people but never seemed to work. But she makes up for that by loving her momma and family dearly. recently my sister texted me saying that my dog was acting strange. That she was hiding in the closet and panting. She was shaking and wouldn't come out. She seems to do it only at night. Even tho sometimes she would sleep in the closet because it's cool in there, she's never hid and been scared like that. I finally had some time and went over to my sisters house tonight. My dog was normal until everyone was upstairs moving some little things around to make room for my sister's study den. I was gonna leave back home and went to give my dog a kiss goodbye. I couldn't find her anywhere until my roommate told me she was hiding in the far corner in the closet. I went into my sister's room and by the time I got there, my dog had bitten my roommate. Now, my roommate is like family. My dog loves her. She probably smells just like me too since we're always together and sharing clothes. My dog has never bitten anybody or has ever been close to doing that. I was so shocked. My roommate told me she tried calling my dogs name but she wouldn't budge so she was gonna try to pull her out and that's when she bit her hand. I went to the closet and my dog looked petrified. We finally got her out and i decided to take her home. When we got to my apartment she seemed happy like always and we went to my bedroom to relax since I had a long day. She slept on her blanket and pillow like always. 10min later I could hear she moving around and going back n forth. When I looked she had her little tail tucked down, she was shaking, her ears pulled back, body was closer to the ground than usual and she was searching for a place to hide. I didn't have my closet open so I didn't have much places to hide. I called her to me and she came but she still jumped back down to hide like a minute later. She looked scared, even of me. I pulled her to sleep under the blanket with me but it's still hot so it's hard to keep her under there for too long. Even when she's with me, she'll shake until she falls asleep. If she doesn't sleep under the blanket or on our arm then she'll sleep in my closet (I opened it since it's way cooler in there than under my blanket). She's paranoid and scared. Idk what it is. She went to the vet like last month for a check up and she's healthy so she can't be ill. Idk what to do. I'll update in the morning if she goes back to normal. PLEASE HELP
